Blog Tour Literary Word Association Challenge and Giveaway: Enraptured by Elisabeth Naughton
I know how busy authors are right before a book releases so I was trying to think of a way to give my interviewees a break from my thought provoking and time consuming interviews, ;p. So while I was perusing Pinterest and posting photos to Instagram an idea hit me smack in the forehead!
So without further ado, here is my first ever Doll Lil’s Literary Word Association Challenge! And my first victim… Haha I mean author is Elisabeth Naughton. Elisabeth made a perfect first subject for me, I am a huge fan and she has allowed me to poke around in that brain of hers once before. …..
A former junior high science teacher, Elisabeth Naughton traded in her red pen and test tube set for a laptop and research books. She now writes sexy romantic adventure and paranormal novels full time from her home in western Oregon where she lives with her husband and three children. Her work has been nominated for numerous awards including the prestigious RITA® awards by Romance Writers of America, the Australian Romance Reader Awards, The Golden Leaf and the Golden Heart. When not writing, Elisabeth can be found running, hanging out at the ballpark or dreaming up new and exciting adventures. Visit her at www.elisabethnaughton.com to learn more about her and her books.
Hi Elisabeth! I know you are super busy so let’s jump right in!
1.) Mr. Darcy – Jane Austen
2.) Editor – A good one is worth his/her weight in gold
3.) E-reader – Wave of the future
4.) Literary Adaption – Never as good as the book
5.) alpha male – My heroes
6.) muse – Fickle (we have a love/hate relationship)
7.) music – Inspiration
Thanks so much for participating Elisabeth! That was quick and hopefully painless!
Elisabeth has been kind enough to offer a giveaway! For the winner you have a choice of one of the first three books in the Eternal Guardian series! Marked, Entwined, or Tempted!
Orpheus—To most he’s an enigma, a devil-may-care rogue who does whatever he pleases whenever he wants. Now this loose cannon is part of the Eternal Guardians—elite warriors assigned to protect the human realm—whether he likes it or not.
Orpheus has just one goal: to rescue his brother from the Underworld. He’s not expecting a woman to get in the way. Especially not a Siren as gorgeous as Skyla. He has no idea she’s an assassin sent by Zeus to seduce, entrap, and ultimately destroy him.
Yet Skyla herself might have the most to lose. There’s a reason Orpheus feels so familiar to her, a reason her body seems to crave him. Perhaps he’s not the man everyone thinks… The truth could reveal a deadly secret as old as the Eternal Guardians themselves.
Terms and Conditions: Giveaway provided by Elisabeth Naughton. By entering this giveaway, you are agreeing to the rules set by our Giveaway Policy. Ends 04/14 US only.
I have the first three books already :).
I have to get ENRAPTURED yet. I’m looking forward to reading Orpheus’ story because I enjoy his snarky sarcastic attitude. Thank you .
