I’m back from vacation and ready to get down and dirty finding new free and amazingly bargained books for you! But first this week I have something special. I convinced super hot and crazy talented author Cat Johnson to dig deep and jump head first into my Word Association Challenge! And to make it even better and I know you will agree after Cat sweats out the challenge I have done the leg work to make it easy for readers to find her all over the net! And I found FREE READS! So without further ado… let the games begin!!!

Now on to the goodies! You can find Cat on , , , and of course her website, catjohnson.net . Cat has a newsletter and I highly suggest you sign up! Cat also writes on her blog on a regular basis and it is not only entertaining but as an aspiring writer I have learned sooo much!

Wait, as promised, it gets even better! Cat has tried to make it easy for readers to find her! And even gives her fans a look at what makes her tick… Cat also has an account at . I love Pinterest. I tend to get carried away so I had to quit cold turkey. But of course I went on it to check out Cat’s boards. Yep, I’m a goner.
Cat also has an Amazon author page where you can download her books! Cat has several books under $3! And she has a collection of short stories for FREE!!! *whispers* Click on the guy holding the present. ;) To kick start your Cat Johnson extravaganza I suggest starting with the Studs and Spurs series. They are priced a little higher but trust me you will not be disappointed. If you prefer soldiers to cowboys then try the Red, Hot, and Blue series. The books in RH&B are all priced under $4 and includes the free novella . I am including the link for the series reading order here.

A NY Times & USA Today best selling author writing contemporary romance in genres including military, cowboy, ménage and romantic comedy, Cat Johnson uses her computer so much she wore the letters off the keyboard within a year.

A self-proclaimed promo ‘ho, she is known for her creative marketing and research practices.

Consequently, Cat has sponsored bull riding rodeo cowboys, owns an entire collection of cowboy boots and camouflage shoes for book signings and a fair number of her consultants wear combat or cowboy boots for a living. In her real life, she’s been a marketing manager, professional harpist, bartender, tour guide, radio show host, Junior League president, wife and avid animal lover.

She is the author of both full length and shorter works and is currently contracted with Kensington and Samhain.

Lil is an avid reader who gave up TV so she could greedily read every book she could get her hands on. In the process she discovered a love for contemporary romance heavily laden with humor. Lil is formerly a True Blood blogger who discovered there is more to the world than her annoying love/hate one-sided relationship with the writers of TB. She credits JR Ward for pulling her from the two dimensional world of TV viewing.
