What made you decide to participate in the Smart Chicks Kick It Tour this year?

I’m a big fan of Melissa Marr’s and when she asked me to participate in the tour I was beyond excited to be a part of it! I said yes immediately.

Do you have a favorite memory from last year’s tour?

I was not on the tour last year, but I am looking forward to creating amazing new memories that I will share with my fans on and !

What are you most looking forward to on the tour this go around?

I always look forward to meeting the fans. They are the reason I keep writing books. Their passion and enthusiasm keeps me inspired!

One thing is for certain…there are some amazing authors on this tour with awesome books… Do you find time to read books by any of your fellow authors on tour? If so, who?

I’ll be writing my next book while I’m on tour so most of my “free” time will be sitting at the computer writing my new book. I’m a fan of the other authors, and will definitely be buying books and asking for autographs from the other authors (I will have my own fan-girl moments) so when I’m finished writing I can finally sit down and enjoy reading their books!

What is next for you?

I’ll be on book tour the next few months to celebrate the release of the third book in the Perfect Chemistry trilogy, Chain Reaction. While I’m touring, I’ll be writing my next teen novel. It will likely be about a girl who falls for a guy who just came out of rehab. I dated a boy who’d just come out of rehab when I was a senior in high school, so I definitely have personal experience to draw upon and am excited to start a new book!
